How do you usually start?
A short call about the problem, then a written back of what we heard and what we would do first. If that reads wrong, nothing has been spent.
How long does a first project take?
The first useful delivery is usually a couple of weeks. Anything quoted in months has normally been scoped badly.
Do you work alongside existing teams?
Often. We are usually brought in for a specific piece rather than to take over a roadmap, and we hand back everything we build.
